The driving force behind Decoding Credit is Juhee Prashant, a seasoned financial expert with over 15+ years of experience in corporate banking and finance. Juhee’s extensive background in corporate finance, credit risk evaluation, financial risk modelling, and relationship management has equipped her with a deep understanding of the financial challenges businesses face.
After a successful career at institutions such as ICICI Bank and SIDBI, where she managed loan portfolios for corporates and MSMEs and structured complex financial solutions, Juhee founded Decoding Credit in November, 2019. Her goal was to create a debt advisory firm that truly understands and supports the unique needs of businesses across industries. Under her leadership, Decoding Credit has helped numerous companies secure funding, manage risks, and enhance their financial standing.
